i love therapy because it gives me an adult person to talk to but sometimes it’s heartbreaking to hear what she says. Like the other day she went on and on about my abandonment issues, father issues and mother issues and i know what she says is true but it’s just so hard to deal with it! Also, i want to go talk to my teacher who had shown me a lot of kindness and understanding in the past few months, but i have anxiety. I trust her more than my parents, which is kinda sad but it’s the truth. I feel really bad
